Auchlyne Venison

We are delighted to be launching a range of wild venison products from the Estate.

The estate's red deer are managed as part of our wider commitment to conservation, sustainable land management and the protection of our farming and woodland habitats. Every animal is harvested from the open hill by experienced stalkers and processed with the same care and attention that underpins all aspects of the estate.​

 

Our range will include a selection of premium cuts together with versatile everyday favourites, including:

• Backstrap Loin

• Rump Steaks

• Minute Steaks

• Topside Joints

• Silverside Joints

• Rolled Neck

• Shanks

• Diced Stew

• Mince

 

All of our venison is professionally butchered, vacuum packed and clearly labelled, making it ideal for home cooking or freezing. As our venison is sourced from wild red deer, the availability of individual cuts will vary throughout the season.

 

Customers will be able to purchase venison directly from the estate or through a number of carefully selected local retailers. Full details of stockists and product availability will be added here shortly.​
